கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Executive Director – Operations

  • Qualification
  • 1st class full time Bachelor Degree in Engineering degree from a recognized University / Institute. (or) Full time Science degree with 1st class full time PG diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology
  • Experience
  • Minimum 32 years of post-qualification experience in a large sized Engineering/Process/Manufacturing plant, as on 01.12.2024. Should have worked as head of operations for a minimum period of 3 years in a large sized Pulp & Paper industry.

2. General Manager – Finance

  • Qualification
  • CA/CMA
  • Experience
  • Should have minimum 29 years of post-qualification experience

3. Management Trainee – HR

  • Qualification
  • Full time Engineering Degree / Arts / Science and 1st Class Two years full time M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / MSW in HR. (or) Full time Engineering Degree / Arts / Science and 1st Class Two years full time MBA with Specialization in HR

4. Management Trainee – Plantation

  • Experience
  • Fresher
  • Qualification
  • First Class full time 4 years B.Sc. (Agriculture / Forestry / Horticulture). – BC candidates should have secured First Class with minimum Seventy Percentage of marks in aggregate.
